According to Wyman's the land was bounded by the following lands: to the NW land once owned by John Fillebrown but at the time by G. Cutter, to the NE by the road to Woburn, to the E by W. Butterfield and W. Robbins, and to the SW by the road to Concord from Cambridge.
When John was age 34 and Sarah Kenrick was age 24 they became the parents of Lois Fillebrown January 26, 1756 in Boston, Suffolk County, Province of Massachusetts Bay.(16068) John Fillebrown purchased land from John Fillebrown, his father, circa 1756 in Cambridge, Middlesex County, Province of Massachusetts Bay.(16069) The 1910 Genealogy states "With Edward Fillebrown and Gershom Cutter and wife Anne, he deeded to John Fillebrown of Cambridge and Charlestown, husband of Sarah Kenrick, house and barn in Cambridge and Charlestown, with nine acres of land bounded northeast by road through fields, southwest by Concord road, northwest by land of Moses Harrington, east by land of Edward Fillebrown; also, five acres in Cambridge and Charlestown, bounded northeast by Menotomy River, north by lands of W. Dickson, John Butterfield and the heirs S. Whittemore, south by land of Joseph Adams; with E. Fillebrown to G. Cutter the right in nine acres of land and buildings as before, together with two and three-quarters acres (of the above five-acre lot), 1756, recorded 1758; to G. Cutter one acre (of five acres) recorded in 1758, his wife Sarah, joining in the conveyance."
