775. William Erastus⁹ Brigham (Almira Elizabeth⁸ Fillebrown, James⁷, Thomas⁶, Isaac⁵, Thomas⁴, Thomas³, Humpfrey² Phillibrowne, Robert¹ ffilebrowne)⁽⁸⁴⁵¹⁾ was born in Boston, Suffolk County, Massachusetts February 16, 1865.⁽⁸⁴⁵²⁾

He married twice. William married Lettie Jane Mitchell September 6, 1888.⁽⁸⁴⁵³⁾ Lettie was born November 19, 1863 in Hartland, Somerset County, Maine.⁽⁸⁴⁵⁴⁾ Lettie died August 3, 1891 in Somerville, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, at 27 years of age.⁽⁸⁴⁵⁵⁾ She died in childbirth as did the unnamed male child.

Lettie resided in Skowhegan, Somerset County, Maine before 1888.⁽⁸⁴⁵⁶⁾ When Lettie was age 26 and William Erastus Brigham was age 24 they became the parents of Editha Brigham December 3, 1889.⁽⁸⁴⁵⁷⁾ When Lettie was age 27 and William Erastus Brigham was age 26 they became the parents of Unnamed Son Brigham August 3, 1891 in Somerville, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.⁽⁸⁴⁵⁸⁾ William married Carrie Emerson Brown January 21, 1889.⁽⁸⁴⁵⁹⁾ Carrie was born March 18, 1872 in Rye, Rockingham County, New Hampshire.⁽⁸⁴⁶⁰⁾ (Additional notes for Carrie Emerson Brown⁽⁸⁴⁶¹⁾)

When William was age 24 and Lettie Jane Mitchell was age 26 they became the parents of Editha Brigham December 3, 1889.⁽⁸⁴⁶²⁾ When William was age 26 and Lettie Jane Mitchell was age 27 they became the parents of Unnamed Son Brigham August 3, 1891 in Somerville, Middlesex County, Massachusetts.⁽⁸⁴⁶³⁾ William was employed at the Boston Evening Transcript as Washington Correspondent in Washington, District of Columbia circa 1910.⁽⁸⁴⁶⁴⁾

1228 ii. Unnamed Son Brigham⁽⁸⁴⁶⁸⁾ was born in Somerville, Middlesex County, Massachusetts August 3, 1891.⁽⁸⁴⁶⁹⁾ Unnamed died August 3, 1891 in Somerville, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, at less than one year of age.⁽⁸⁴⁷⁰⁾ He died in childbirth as did his mother.
