William, Alice Helena Ireland's child, resided with Alice in Beverly, Essex County, Massachusetts circa 1920.(21678) This is a bit of history.(21679) Pamela Anderson nee Dzierzek recalled " Uncle Bill as I knew him
was very astute with finance. He borrowed a sum of money from his mother in the 1920's (I have heard $1000 and $5000) but whatever the
amount, he invested in GM stock and made a great deal of money, he sold it just prior to the depression and bought more after WWII. The
money that he made in that investment allowed him to buy the farm in Middleton and the house in Manchester. He raised chickens on the farm
for a little extra money, but he basically lived on that money for the rest of his life.
William resided in Middleton, Essex County, Massachusetts before 1928.(21680) William was single and later on his sister, Dorothy and her family moved in with him.
