177. Howard Rand⁶ Fillebrown (John⁵, ⁴ UNCONNECTED LINES, Thomas³ Fillebrown, Humpfrey² Phillibrowne, Robert¹ ffilebrowne)⁽²¹³⁸⁾ was born in Charlestown, Middlesex County, Massachusetts August 13, 1818.⁽²¹³⁹⁾ Howard died June 29, 1889 at 70 years of age.⁽²¹⁴⁰⁾

Howard married Charlotte Elizabeth Winn May 19, 1841.⁽²¹⁴¹⁾ Charlotte was born December 3, 1821 in New Hampshire.⁽²¹⁴²⁾ Charlotte⁽²¹⁴³⁾ was the daughter of Wiseman Targett Winn and Rosella Wyman. Gratitude prompted him to name his son after his friend and benefactor." By yhr time of the 1900 census he was reporting his name as being "Frank".
