A special legacy in the amount of $100 was provided for each of his grandchildren: Thornton, Frances, John, Charles, and Ruth Fillebrown. His children Charles Parker and Ned Bridge Fillebrown transferred their claims in the remainder of the estate to his daughter Martha Ellen Fillebrown. This was found in a Court Record of a Decree of Discharge 3377.
